Training Development Specialist for Advanced Tactical UAS System. Instructor will develop military training plan for Special Missions Units requiring UAS flight systems training and knowledge. Responsible for training all personnel in the operations of designated UAS systems, both ground and flight operations. Formal classroom, flight simulators, course facilitation, on-line facilitation, web-based instructions, small group instruction, actual flight operations & exercises, and seminars will all be included in priority duties. Prepares all training materials such as, but not limited to, course outlines, course manuals, background materials, student guides, handouts, certification documentation, course assessment forms, study guides, and training aids. Specialist will continue to assist Special Mission Students maintain currency and qualifications as needed.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 years experience and knowledge in Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
4 years as a certified Joint Terminal Attack Controller or equivalent.
